Try Spendors.I use Bc-1s with great results.Try the 1/2.I hear that the 1/2 isnt that easy to drive. Depends on the SPLs you want to play music at I guess. We tried speakers like Triangle (90dB)
Definitive Tech (91dB), Cabasse Farella (93dB), ProAc Studio 125 (87dB) with some chance of playing at very moderate volume levels.But I sometimes (okay, often) like to listen at party levels or ahem
"realistic" volume levels, so this rules them all out. Also music jumps around alot dynamically, and even a Bill Evans trio CD has some
roller coaster dynamic swings that these speakers with 7 watt amps can't do at moderately high volumes.
