Hi Beppe,I have read your posts across the years with pleasure.
Initially I was using Apogee Wydeye 110 ohm digital cable,between the U12 and the EE minimax.Switching to DH110 silver cable terminated by Mark Tunis,whose marvelous power pods I have,gave good results,and I am using a 4 meter cable between the U12 and the X12.The X12 is still burning in,so I can not claim to know how it will end up sounding.This morning I connected the CEC TL3N transport.Actually the sound was not terrific,compared to the sound through the laptop and U12.
A few questions that maybe you can help me with:
1)Maybe I should go from the transport to the U12,rather than into the X12?
2)How do I get the X12 to upsample?
I received mine without a manual(of course) and I am a bit digital illiterate and unintuitive.
