there's many web sites, you paste in the youtube link then click mp3 then the website converts it to you using cloud services then you can download, then use a program to burn to cd-r

edit- I believe you can create a CD using windows media player for this, I haven't used windows in over a decade but it can be done, if not you can find some freeware or open source programs that can burn mp3 to audio cd.
