One thing jumps out: you don't need ASIO4ALL.

Looks like ASUS Xonar U7 has its own ASIO driver, so that's covered.

Having no experience with Vinyl Studio, I'll defer to others to give detailed recommendations - but I'd bet you don't need to do anything at all on Windows side, as long as you make sure all audio is routed through ASIO.
