Interesting. The last I checked USB audio information for Android was in late June (figures). Just hope it's not limited to Android 4.1 and up.

The video mentioned that they have an app for legacy devices. I take this to mean that USB audio should be available on Honeycomb (Android 3.x) devices as well. The app was not available at the Google event.

But again, if the app won't enable USB audio from pre-Jellybean devices, Google needs to step up and get updates to at least Android 3.x devices (the last year of tablets) to allow for USB audio. That also puts a demand on manufacturers to do the same.
