i've just replaced the former junk resistors and caps on
my passive line xo by vishay s102k & rel rt polystyrene

results: some more transparency, inmediacy & credibility overall,
with more natural sound; highs sweeter, mids & bass cleaner,
although i was expecting a bigger improvement

maybe by working on the low level side the differences between
brands are not so bigger as on the high level side; maybe the
new components still need some breaking in (just 2 hours working!)

at any rate, there is no way back from passive biamping!!
