Hi there,I have a pair of the 1" Units on Order. They will drop into Altec Cabinets with no problem, but will have about 3db more midbass and a little less loww bass Output, not neccesarily bad given that 604's with "flat" X-Overs can sound a little lean.
Once I have received mine I'll comment further.
