515's were designed specifically for the 210/211 cabs, so it has less LF BW capability without significantly reducing it's efficiency. The 416B would be a better choice for extended LF response IMO. That said, I much prefer the 515B, and use a sub to fill in below 80Hz. A modded 511/500Hz XO is required due to the 515's limited BW (~1kHz).A well braced marine grade or Baltic Birch plywood cab is preferred since it will resonate above the LF's BW. Of course the HF horn needs to be damped also.
WRT cab size, it's driver dependent so use whatever is needed to meet your goals/SAF approved.
