The Drivers are referred to as MI-9458. There are other versions, 9548, 9584 - most are similar, as far as diaphragms.

Diaphragms are going to be a new-old-stock only type of item. They show up on ebay, rarely. It might be possible to rebuild existing ones but not sure.
