Inductor Size

Need speakers that can rock with just one watt? You found da place.

Does inductor size as it relates to the awg make a difference in sound?
I have a pair of 18 awg .75mh inductors and the crossover I am building calls for a .75mh 14 awg inductor. Could I use the 18 awg as a substitute?
