I've not hear the Titians, but I BET they are really good. Mikey, you said this :" the A7s open up in a way but they need to be upgraded in places."
AMEN, AMEN. Its taking me the better part of 2016, and EVERYTHING I know to do in audio, to get my A7-800s going good.
Been working my butt off, everything got changed, versus stock, except my 515Bs and 802Ds, and my 825 enclosures,. These 3 are stock, but I did have to mass-load my 825s with 300 pounds on each, of concrete blocks, to get them to be quiet, usable, yet stock.
Rewiring, custom crossovers, MUCH SET amp tweeking, and I have about a month to go !! FUN system to hear, will likely keep them. Would LOVE to hear my latest SET amp on someone's Titans. Anyone have one around KC, MO area??
Jeff
