I found this old post and wondered if it were possible to use a 'speaker volume wall control' type attenuator transformer as a midrange or tweeter output control.

Atlas wiring guide shows connection for AT10PA for use with 70 volt setup? For non PA type models there is just a pos and neg input, and output.
There is an AT10PA model too.
