Box for Tannoy DC question...

Need speakers that can rock with just one watt? You found da place.

I have these new boxes to try for my 15" Tannoy HPD 385 drivers.
In the pic you can see previous driver was mounted behind.
To mount on the face do I just tap out the T-nuts from the back and reverse them? Sorry if such a dumb question but I rather be safe than sorry.
Also if mounting on face do I need anything like a gasket. The drivers are currently in a Arden clone box and they mound on front, metal on wood, and sound great ... but look ugly/unfinished near condemned particleboard.
