I have a problem ... i have a question on HE speakers but regarding amps to drive them

Hi and sorry and please feel free to move this question to where it belongs (hopefully not the garbage bin ...)
I am about to embrace the HE world with a DIY speaker.
A two ways with a PA woofer (to buy) and a compression mid-tweeter also PA from Pyle, the PDB 752, that i have already bought.
I guess the final sensitivity will be around 95 dB ...
As i will listen at 2-2.5 meter from the speakers now i start to worry about which kind of amp to use.
I think that 1 watt should be more than enough almost always
What solution do you recommend ? possibly not tubed ... i would like something very solid and reliable but also with good sound.
