I do not have access to the P7 now but I recall that there is no option to access the channel levels independently. I think the best you can do, except for by-ear settings, is to feed a wide range pink noise to all channels from a file/disc and, by plugging/unplugging individual inputs (with the preamp muted) access individual channels.
1. Measure center channel o/p and set L and R to match by using the L/R Bal.
2. Measure center channel o/p and set Lrear and Rrear to match using the F/B Bal.
(I do not think there is an option to balance the rear L/Rs separate from the front L/Rs.)
