Must correct Charles on this. The Curcio power supply board can be installed in an ST70 just fine w/o any of the other Curcio boards or mods. I put one in mine. My initial impressions were, like Charles said, that the amp seemed a little punchier. It had a little more thump to it. I don't claim to have a golden ear or an accurate enough memory to remember exactly how it sounded before the installation though. For me I just feel better about getting rid of the old stock quad cap.Greg
