Just brainstorming.
Meanwhile, you might want to take a look at the article linked below, written by Dave Gillespie. He offers a variety of solutions, but the easiest, and least expensive one makes the most sense to me, which is to do the following:
Add a 100 ohm resistor between each pin #4 of the output tubes and the green (screen) wires on your output transformers. The article linked below will explain the "why" of it, but $2 for four resistors is a LOT cheaper than an output tube.
