RE: Cheap and good DVD players for audio only

I've found a couple of used Panasonic DV-414 DVD players at thrift stores, one with the remote for under $20. As a transport via digital it is surprisingly good and plays video dvds too of course but outputs audio up to 96/24 (earlier models where limited to 48Khz).
In my main system I use a Pioneer DV-45a which is a universal player; DVD/CD/DVDA/SACD and I love it but I've never seen one used. Anyhow Pioneer players, particularly the Elites are a good choice IMHO
