Cheap and good DVD players for audio only

Hello,

I'm looking for opinions on DVD players, certainly in the sub $100 range and will be using the player for AUDIO only. Not hooked to a TV at all.

The display on the unit must read the track number of the song. Time would be great too.

Any suggestions? (New or used model numbers and brands).

Maybe we could assemble a list. I got started on this because a friend gave me an old Pioneer and the darned thing sounds almost as nice as my "he man rig" CD player!

The new Toshiba SD-3300, 4300, 7300 series look nice, but I cannot determine from the so-called "information" on Toshiba.com if the display will indicate the track number. And of course, did you ever try to contact Toshiba (or any other big company for that matter)??? Ha, big joke and a big run-around!!!

Business doesn't want to talk with PESKY CUSTOMERS!
