Hmmm... I've been trying to find another option for you. There's Tranzcode but that looks like it'll only handle 48kHz as well. There's a program called eac3to that might be able to handle it but I can't seem to find a definite answer. If those fail you could try the trial version of Goldwave. Let us know if you get it working.*Edit: I just found this site which points to eac3to working with DTS 96/24
