Stereophile ain't perfect but, IMO, is far and away the best audio mag in the US. I can hardly believe the abuse John Atkinson takes on this forum, but I'm glad his skin is thick enough that he continues to participate.Meanwhile, IMO and irrespective of the ethics lapse, TAS might be renamed POS. I've bought maybe 3 or 4 issues over the last five years. Most issues take all of 5 minutes at the news-stand to realize there ain't much of interest there. Sue Kraft, Fred Kaplan, and Shane Buettner are usually worth reading . . . oh, wait, 2 of 3 are gone!
