I give a 60 day money back guarantee, so far only one person has returned a VibraPortal because it sounded too tight for him, I refunded 100% money and even the shipping cost, so I lost money on it. The other customers are very satisfied and want to buy more.

Does a seashell look homemade too? How about the forest? It doesn't look professionally made with all those branches and leaves randomly placed...
Forest has existed for millions of years and nobody has got tired of that design. But with professional designs and fashion, it comes and goes, it's not good for long-term business. My products are built to last thousands of years, I repeatedly dropped GroundHanger and VibraPortal from my table, they never break.

You can find a stone on a beach for free, but the content inside is not the same.
