There are 4pins paired off as 'in' & 'out'. Metering the pins show zero ohms between the +ve pins & ditto for the -ve pins ie the 'in' is linked to 'out. So logically it is the same as a 2 pole cap.
The sparse info on the Mundorf site shows a diagram with the two +ve pins tied together & same for the -ve pins.
In practice is it important to observe the convention of 'in & 'out' & why?
