I'd try to determine actual experience and background level PRIOR to dropping anything off.
Make sure the work is done by a Single Person, not a team (avoid confusion) or some kind of committee or production line.
Schematics and test data are probably availabble.
I'd also try to get a good look at the service area. Some idea of the kind (manufacture) and extent of test equipment would be nice.
Parts Ain't Parts and better IS better in many cases. Discusss THAT, too.
