First of all, there was a whole line of t amps. I had the SS7t amps briefly.
It sounded like a stereotypical "tube amp". Rolled off highs, flabby bass.
After a few months, one blew a capacitor in the power supply. Sent it off to be fixed, and when it came back, I gave them to my daughter in law.
Good riddance.

PS. I own or have owned 12 tube amps. None of them sounded anything like the Carver t amp crap.
