Amp/Preamp Asylum Looking for a new Amp or Preamp? If you're after tubes, post over here. |

I get occasional pops from my speakers when music is not playing. I assume that this is something that the amplifier is doing. Someone suggested that it is a capacitor discharging. The amplifier is a Lavardin IT integrated. Can anyone clarify this for me, or provide another explanation. Also, is this something about which I need to be concerned? The amplifier is about 3 years old, and has had light to moderate use into an easy load.
Thanks
