Since the sub speaker inputs are probably VERY high input impedance, you could almost run Magnet Wire to the sub and 'regular' wire to your speakers. You certainly don't need expensive or beefy wires from amp to sub.
Too bad, at that point, it would be difficult to low-cut your speakers.
