I've heard one and there has there seems to be many fans. I probably could live with one had I not taken a different trajectory awhile ago when deciding to buy a budget amp.The fact it's made here, and for the price, depending how much of an "audio" nut you are, it's at a level/price you can't go wrong.
This testimony (link) just reinforces the fact it boils down to the individual listener and their setup and what they want to spend,also if they care where it's made.
I do, have an amp from the "other" company but certainly recognize a good buy when I hear it.
