Budget would be about $3k, it is tax rebate time, and time to upgrade from ICE :)Looking for Hypex NCore stereo amplifier solution with balanced inputs.
I really like Bel Canto but can't stomach $5k for dual monoblocks (600M).
Or should I wait until next year and save up.
There is nor will there ever be a WAF factor, so I am basically just trying to research right now. Doesn't have to be the most pretty packaging.

It has a shiny faceplate and I like how it says I can use the reflection capability to check my hair before I head out the door.
I am not a fan of NAD, so that one is out. I don't know if there are ways to build one myself, I am not good at soldering as I have shaky hands.
Also USA companies only. Has to be built in the USA.
