Those are crummy Cardas locking posts, which only accept spades. Appearing on my Jeff Rowland equipment, they do not accept bananas. Furthermore, be very careful if you have angled spades (they almost always are). As my friend ACS says, her male friends will have a more difficult time getting spades onto those posts, than sticking...oh never mind. Worst of all, in time, my MIT, Nordost, Tara Labs, Wireworld, and XLO spades eventually worked themselves loose from these awful locking posts.
