I found an old Pioneer SA 1530 amplifier for $10. Not super high end, but somewhat old school and not bad sounding. 135wx2 and draws 480w. Pretty much the opposite math that newer consumer level junk uses.I have some nice cables that are terminated with banana jacks that I would love to plug directly in. i know there is not likely to be a drop in solution here, but can anyone suggest a part that would at least fit inside the hole and i can use a soldering iron and heat shrink tubing to figure out the rest. the existing part is roughly 60x45mm. I would like to avoid cutting metal. i only need to connect one set of speakers.
