digital/t-amp for long run to outdoor speakers

I have been using a vintage Kenwood int amp to drive a small pair of Polk speakers out by the pool. It overheated yesterday, looks like the transformer is fried. All fuses are good. Searched Ebay for a replacement L01-1401-05, no luck.

I am considering a digital amp so as to get away from such a large chassis. The only input is a Squeezebox Touch so I don't need a fully loaded integrated amp. Just a single input with volume control.

I see a few models on Ebay, ranging from 15W to 50W. I'd like it to be beefy as the cable run is quite long, probably 75 feet if not more. Another option is a speaker selector box with volume control to use with the NAD receiver driving the indoor speakers, but those seem to cost more than a digital amp.

Thoughts/recs? Thanks in advance...
