I’ve read the primare described as a lesser version of plinius. I believe they’re available at best buys -- might be worth checking out.
Vandies have a presentation that I hear as already forgiving. Pairing them with something that provides additional warmth, makes them too
recessed or mellow. A less polite amp, may loose abit of that warm, smooth effect, but I think does a better job of waking them up.
Believe what your ears say - not hearsay.
