I had 4 x 10" sealed box subs with the MG3.6's, using a Behringer DCX2496 to cross over at 45 Hz, but I retired those and now just use the triamped MG3.6'sThe bass is quite nice without the subs but I can sometimes push the 3.6's hard enough to slap the magnets, so I bought another DEQX and plan to build Rhythmik open baffle servo subs to spare the 3.6's lowest octave duty.

UPDATE I have the OB subs now and I **LOVE** them, they blend with the MG 3.6's very well.
The Quad ESL 57's have Quads Unlimited rebuilt tweeters and I will be getting Quads Unlimited woofer panels soon as I save up a little dough.FYI I also have PLANAR HEADPHONES - Stax lambda pro signature, Stax SR-007 mkI, Koss ESP 950 with Stax cabling, and a pair of HiFiMan HE-6's. They all sound different, and they all sound good- and I use them each at different times. I used to have a pair of Audeze LCD-2's, but I sold those.
