I dug up a spreadsheet from a few years ago. I plugged in the values for your setup assuming your preamp has an output impedance of 200 ohms and the amps have input impedances of 50K. Look at the "Generic" column on the far right. There is an instruction sheet to guide you through any changes. The spreadsheet is written for LibreCalc which is free.Sorry I don't have an Excel version but if you are really interested I could whip it up for you. I just found an Excel Version.
