The panels of the RS1b is NOT line source.
They are strictly point source.
So there is no problem standing or sitting. (who ever stands and listen critically anyway?).
I have them too.They are a great catch and can be extremely better (hard to think) if the membranes of the EMIM's are replaced with ribbons.
I replaced all on my pair and got rid of the lack of output and dynamics in the lower end of the panels.
The ribbons are drop in for the EMIM's
They are cut at 150Hz.
With ribbons, they do not suffer any dynamic limitation and the result is WOW!Cheers!
