As you must have surmised by now, the little NAD won't cut it.
You have a large number of AV receivers/amps from the prior generation that you can buy off the used market at 1/3 the MSRP that can actually drive the MMGs, though that is not the best way to get the most out of them (before mods).
To get the most you would want a subwoofer, or better yet two of them. For easiest implementation and best sound use sealed (NOT ported) active subs. That will give you the deep bass that the MMGs just can't do and lower your power requirement to drive them once they are relieved of bass duties.
Without bass strain (cross over at 60-80 hz) you can easily do with 100wpc @4ohms and get cleaner sound to boot. So a moderate power AV amp/receiver will do the job.
You can get a ported sub for starters (most low cost subs are porteed) and partially or completely plug the port with a piece of styrofoam shaped into a cone.
Your local craigslist will likely have something worthwhile to pick up locally so you don't have shipping costs.
