Another 4P1L question about transformers (LL1677)

I could hear the sigh from here!

Looking at what you have available I noticed the LL1677 and wondered if it might offer any advantage? The description makes it sound like it might work very well.

I want gain and I do not want parallel anything so the 2:1 setup is how I plan to proceed.

(Now that the SOEKRIS DAC has provision for polarity change I am no longer worried about putting a switch on the output)

I am thinking I would like to use the LL1674s I have for an input transformer on the FIRST WATT SITs in 8:2 to cut the gain. Figure the magnification of the 10K input impedance could not harm anything. Again, with my lack of real knowledge about these things and my fear of paralleling anything. Hoping this sounds ok. These amps are used above 500 hz..

Any thoughts or cautions?
