I have a ST-70 with the K&K upgrade board (V1) and the shunt regulator upgrade.
In a fit of stupidity, I accidentally reversed the regulated voltage and b+ when reassembling my amp in a new chassis. Some or all of the transistors did not survive.
With all tubes pulled, I'm measuring a dead short between Reg V and GND and 83 ohms between B+ and ground. The short makes me fairly certain the IRF840 is toast, but it seems likely that other things died as well. The 83ohm reading is suggests source-drain shorts on both the IXYS fets as well.

Should I just go ahead and replace all the transistors in the shunt regulator? Is there any chance I damaged any other components (like the current source fets?)
Sean
