Does the Joplin come with power supply choke?

Does the Joplin have to be altered in the same way to have a choke in the power supply? It is advertised on the DIYcable site as having a choke loaded power supply. Not that you will have to cut the traces and put in an "optional" choke. Maybe this should be cleared up.
