good stuff there. I'm busy on a work run, or I'd add a few good ones. A bunch of the later stuff w. Billy Harper is worth getting, including The Loadstar on Horo.

Gotta love the fact that in two of those cover photos, Max is wearing what appears to be a Brooks Brothers button-down oxford cloth shirt. You can still buy the same shirt 60 years later.

The man had exquisite taste, both musically and otherwise.

...for early Fleetwood Mac up through "Future Games," the last "real" F. M. album with total integrity, i.e. that captures the Peter Green sound -- before Mrs. McVie killed the band entirely following "Bare Trees." Just one Bear's opinion, but think about it- they were part of the extremely cool British blues vibe including The Bluesbreakers, Clapton, Yardbirds, and Faces and sold their souls in a "music industry" debacle; only Rod Stewart exhibiting worse taste!
