 Apparently its "To The Owner Of A New Rca Victor High Fidelity "Victrola" Phonograph". I included a picture of the label. The vinyl is very good. Looks mint in fact but has some surface noise when played. I suspect a deep cleaning (i did a quick spin clean run through) would probably make it sound new. The cover is a little beat up with splits halfway down each side but again with a little TLC could look 100% better. I will post a picture of the cover if anyone is interested. Also if anyone owns a new Victrola phonograph and wants it, I'm happy to send it to you as a karma thing. Yes that's another website :)
