This is the 1994 Reissue which I just received. Very nice. I actually wanted to buy the MoFi version. I don't have to anymore.;)

The reason I am reluctant with MoFi is not the sound. Which is, IMHO, great. The reason is that I bought 20+ MoFi records this year and their qc started to degrade. I had to send some vinyls back. I am getting tired of spending big money and not getting a quality product.

And yes, this is really good. I am already on discogs and getting the next Miles Davis produced by Teo Macero. Miles Smiles.;)

Sorcerer and Miles Smiles - great music & 2 of my fave albums. Bought 'em when they came out. Enjoy! nt, posted on August 31, 2015 at 14:42:04

if'n my memory still serves (always questionable).

Always nice to hear him outside of a Sun Ra session.

Always nice to hear him period.

So, it's PC 9532 right? According to Discog that was the 1994 re-release. That's the one I have. Miles and the guys created so much incredible music at that time. It's hard for me to say which one I like most. One track in particular stands out for me: "Mood" from the "ESP" album. The way that Miles and Wayne play together on this track is amazing. It's like they were in each other's heads. It's absolutely captivating, at least for me.
