UTC 72181 interstage Transformer ID?

Found a nice looking interstage trans labled UTC 72181 with no other markings except the 6 tabs with P B G F F G. Anyone know what it is? Thanks, BC

A long part number like that would indicate it is an OEM product. IOW it was created for a specific vendor intended as part of their product. The six tabs indicate a single plate to push pull grids. The "F" is for filament so probably a directly heated triode (2A3, 6B4, 6A5) driven by a 27 family triode (27, 37, 56, 76, 6P5, 6J5).
