Individual eye magnification

I figured I would post this here, since so many of you work on small things. My eyes are crappy and I cannot see very well up close. Since my eyes differ in their visual measurements, is there something you guys use, not too expensive that allows for individual adjustment of magnification of each eye? Also, I am am having trouble finding tweeter fuses for ads L810s. The fuses are 1.6 amp max, Type AGC/AG3, Any ideas where I can find a replacement? Thanks for both questions. Norm
