 After moving, I found out that one of the special "washers" that inserts into each of the 4 grommets is missing.

Does anyone have one for sale?

 Thanks, Michael, for the heads up.
However, they are not what I was talking about.

The part I'm missing looks like a chrome washer with a projection used to locate it on the mushroom. The projection sticks out of the center of the washer about a 16th, or since it is most assuredly metric, a mm or so. Wish I could find a picture of one, and I'm too lazy to take everything apart (again) to get a picture.

 Another source may be Mirko (sp?), who machines parts, but I can't remember his business name (puchased tubes from him in the past).
