anyone know anything about them? They look like the old Vitamin Q caps. metal shell that is hermetically sealed. Guessing they are PIO caps from the outside construction, there was a guy at the local hamfest selling them... thanks!

Grab those caps..They are one of the best sounding caps I have ever heard.I have a quite of few and some of them have a mounting band in the center of them and I just break that off.Where you install them is where they have the most effect but if the guy has quite a few and you don't get them all,let me know.

thanks, Michael, these were at a hamfest that has moved on, I picked up a dozen from him @ $1 each, if I see him at the next hamfest, I can get more, looked like he had about 50-100 of them...
