Kick off of garage sale season

It was a nice warm sunny spring day today here in Seattle. That can only mean that garage sale season has finally arrived. Yeah!

Actually made a nice audio score on the first day of the season. Found a pair of ADS L200E speakers with consecutive serial numbers. They were dirty but intact. I got them for $5. I am very fond of a pair of ADS L400 speakers that I got at a garage sale years ago. That sale was literally across the street from today's sale. The new speakers have that same rich detailed ADS sound with a bit less bass. They are keepers.

I hope that others here will also enjoy good luck hunting.

John

Warm? Sunny? Seattle? What part of the day was that?
Happy hunting!

5 bux for a pair of L200s is a steal. If I remember correctly, they were $400 back in the day, the L300 was $500 and the L400 was $600. They were spendy, but ADS pretty much invented and owned the category for a long time.

I'm a big ADS fan. I use a pair of L300s in my home office ...
