Scott 399 high end distortion,,,help needed

I just received a HH Scott 399 and it sound great except for some strange buzzy type high end distortion. This only happens in the tweeter section. I have tried other speakers to eliminate the speaker and it does it in all that I tried so far. I think, but will have to test more, that it is mainly in the FM section. Really hard to describe this distortion but is sounds like a breakup or buzz when very high notes or voice hiss occurs. Ideas please. Thanks, paul
