I'm looking for a good source - any source, really - for patterned cloth-covered wire for a couple of projects. Solid colors are easy to find at several places, but I'd like to get as close to the existing colored patterns as possible since they will be visible and I'd like to keep the looks period-correct.

Anyone have any ideas? - even sleeving would be worth considering, I could just slip it over the teflon wire ...

... any ideas on patterns, or patterned sleeving? - I'm lazy but I can be creative in a pinch, which this is starting to look like ...

I guess it's called "striped," even if it's not continuous striping.

Have you ever dealt with them? The pircesslook OK, but what about lead times, etc?

Thanks for the lead! (ha ha)

Yes I have but not directly and this is how I knew about them..My friend Doug restores vintage Fords and Mercs of the early 50s vintage to original and I rewired the lighting system and the regulator module in a 54 Ford Victoria and it had this glass top.Everything was precut to length for this project but you can buy bulk wire from them which will be cheaper I would guess..Anyway,it took a week or so to get but it was really nice wire.

I'll bet those Fords and Merc look great when he is done! Love those fat-fendered cars!
